Who we are
Ambassadors FC is a community football club based at Ambassadors Arena, 9 Brownlow Road, Craigavon, Northern Ireland. We are part of Ambassadors Football Ireland. You can contact us at hello@ambassadorsfc.org or +44 7733 829165.
What data we collect and why
Contact enquiries
When you use the contact form or email us directly, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any mailing list or share your details with third parties without your consent.
We provide WhatsApp links as a convenient way to contact us. If you use them, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta). We only receive the content of what you send us. See WhatsApp's privacy policy for more.
Coach and staff contact details
Phone numbers for some coaching staff are published on this website with their knowledge and consent, to help parents and players reach the right person. If you are a coach whose details you would like removed or updated, please email us.
Player information
Player names, photos, and squad details published on this site are shared with the player's (or guardian's) knowledge. If you would like your information removed, contact us at hello@ambassadorsfc.org.
Third-party services
This website uses the following external services, which may process data about your visit:
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Google may log your IP address. See Google's privacy policy.
- Google Maps — embedded on the Arena page to show directions. If you interact with the map, Google may collect data. See Google's privacy policy.
- Curator.io — displays our social media feed on the home page. Curator may collect usage data. See Curator's privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosts this website and may log basic server access data (IP address, request time). See Vercel's privacy policy.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking or advertising technology.

How long we keep your data
Contact form messages received by email are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and are then deleted. We do not maintain a database of enquirers.
